Who knows...maybe President Obama can see the pros in this?

Stem Cell Research
I feel that people are overreacting to the Stem Cell research plan. Stem cell research is not a plot to deliberately kill unborn life (because technically you are ALIVE when you are out of your mother's uterus...). Stem cell research is a great idea to CURE all of these difficult diseases (cancer, lukemia, stroke, diabetes, paralyzation..) and I feel that by people acting stupid and saying that it's playing "innocent lives" it's just putting a glass ceiling on what we can do if we try it (it may be our ticket). Stem Cell research is not a plan to cheat death either...it is still going to happen no matter what. I feel that like insemination...people should be hired to produce stem cells under some sort of medical document and the cells are to be donated to the right facilities.

The youtube video (in concerns of the dove workshop) is very NEGATIVE. It is the most powerful and efficient way to persuade others in seeing that they can actually look like that if they use the product. It isn't good for America either, it shows that we are fake and that we are insecure in our looks. It is very chaotic to take a normal looking woman and turn her into an attractive poster-girl that will never see the day of the light because she doesn't EXIST. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, the features are accessories.

Blog 2
Hi Professor King. I am Christopher Summers and my style of writing is story telling. This style can follow under writing short stories but I use it in songwriting. I am a Music Production Major and I plan to be a music producer/record executive in the music industry. My hometown is Washington D.C. (Northern VA area) and in my spare time I make music and write (sorry to be cliche but I want this so bad haha). I am currently unemployed but I do plan to get a job in the future sometime and my goal for your class is to do well and enhance my language art studies.
